  • Very Empowering Podcast

Thank you so much for this podcast that gives practical information and hope. I recently listened to episode 57 with Dr. Emily Warren on pain, and was encouraged once again. I’ve been seen Emily for several months now, and everything she talks about in the podcast is what we have been working on in terms of pain and it’s been so helpful. I’m so grateful for this podcast that Mallorie has produced that continues to inform us about our bodies, our hormones, and the power we have to help ourselves!... more
