I have listed to every single episode and now going back and listening from the beginning. Truly an amazing podcast to help you understand unschooling as well as encouragement when the doubts creep in or ideas when your in a slump. I love popping some ear buds in and going about my chores/work while having Sue in my ear.
I just love listening to Sue’s encouragement! I look forward to these pep talks every week! I have recommended this podcast to many friends whether they are unschoolers or not just to help encourage them where they may be doubting. ♥️
I love her so much ! Her energy is everything! She’s like the supportive mom I don’t have. She’s the motivation everyday ! I couldn’t picture my kids sitting down and listening to me talk about stuff in a book. When I found Sue it all started to make sense ! Unschool ! Live life. That’s it. Everything kids need to know as adults is outside and in the home not a book !
There is an incredible amount of common sense in just a short podcast. I could listen 100 times because there is so much good stuff explained. Thank you Sue!!
I found this at the moment I needed most! Encouraging and inspiring. A wellspring of affirmation and ideas.

Episodes typically explore fears, confidence-building, and everyday rhythms that support curious, connection-first learning. Listeners often receive quick coaching prompts, real-world examples, and resources to apply at home, with frequent mentions of coaching, communities, and apps that help families stay confident and connected. A standout aspect is the host's calm, encouraging approach and emphasis on minimalist, day-to-day learning moments over structured curricula, which seems to resonate with a broad range of parents exploring unschooling or homeschool-minded approaches.
