Sure do miss Bill and James
This is NOT the unions good ol’ boy club.
I thank you all for this podcast it is full of information , I thought I knew most everything but you all are great ….Thank you for all you do and hoping for all of you to win in your elections but would truly hate to lose you all on here . I don’t think anyone can fill Bill , Kristin or James shoes I love the way you all interact
Bill is calling non-members scabs one week and then rewind back at a few weeks prior and he saying positive things about them. Pick a lane, we can hear your true colors week in and week out. Also we get it Bill you think being a jerk is a fun personality trait.
I would vote for anyone else on this podcast except for him.
Listen to “From A to Arbitration”.

Rural carrier-focused discussions centered on day-to-day realities, policy changes, and union involvement within the postal system. Episodes frequently cover workplace culture, overtime and benefits, convention takeaways, vehicle updates, and practical guidance for navigating office politics, transfers, and open enrollment. A standout aspect is the strong emphasis on collective advocacy and member empowerment, with hosts sharing candid anecdotes and actionable tips for navigating contract provisions, relief days, and seasonal workloads. Overall, it's likely to appeal to frontline postal workers, union members, and industry observers who want practical insights and unvarnished perspectives from peers in the field.
