Really enjoyed this episode. Loved the framing of constraints vs SSG. Also enjoyed hearing the drill variations and shooting strategies. Hope to get the book and use some of the ideas during my youth summer camps. @HowAreYouWired

Three on two, two on one can be fun as it allows for flashy passes and builds teamwork, while also enforcing communication under pressure.
Kevin Clancy | Part 3, Using Statistics to Create Success
Q: What is your best advice you would give coaches to prepare their players in the off season and regular season?
You have to be hungry for yourself and your team; make sure players are motivated and engaged, and inspire them to train hard.
Eric Gaff | Applying and Handling Pressure
Q: What is your favorite drill, all-time favorite drill?
My favorite drill would probably be we stole from UConn, where essentially, we put two cones on the ground or two coaches about just outside the range of the defender's arms.
