I check to see if this podcast has been updated every few months and when I saw it had been and I listened and it was the same vibe as before! I almost weeped with joy!
I'm so thrilled this podcast is back and analyzing House of the Dragon! I can't describe how many times I tried to search different versions of "house of the dragon podcast that also recognized how terrible game of thrones was starting in season 4/5" Google had no idea what to do with that. If you love the books and are furious at Benioff and Weiss, the podcast is for you.

Hope this awesome podcast comes back someday! Of course no pressure if y’all are over it :)
I love this podcast so much! I really hope they bring my it back some how.
Not the Bad Show, this podcast. I listened to it instead of watching s7&8 and apparently never reviewed! Good luck with your future ventures ladies, and thanks for suffering so we didn’t have to ☺️
These ladies made me rethink the entire book series. I used to read Sansa chapters with such loathing, now she is one of my favorite characters. Same with Quentyn, as I had never thought of that plot as a brilliant deconstruction of the heroes journey. While I prefer their book discussions, I also love their takedowns of the later seasons of the show. Brilliant work you two. Keep it up!
Delightful! *PLEASE* keep it up. Thankyou.
You specifically asked for reviews from Finland in Finnish in the Prince Mud episode. Thanks for the shoutout, olen jakanut useita ruutukaappauksia instassa kun oon huut(onaur)anut jutuillenne. Toivon ehtiväni kuunnella kaikki jäljellä olevat jaksot ennen kuin 8. kauden Dramatic Satisfaction™️ palaa ilostuttamaan elämääni vielä enemmän. Keep up the good work.
I enjoy this much more than I thought I would. I first learned of your podcast when Preston Jacobs mentioned on his that he likes you. I thought I loved Dorne but I have absolutely nothing on you too.
Edit: I’m in the midst of a total re-listen and just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy this.
I’ve been fuming about D+Ds toxic masculinity fart fest of a “lets wildly misunderstand literally every single theme” of a “Tywin and Tyrion are awesome as fukkk” of an adaptation for several years now and really wish I would have found this podcast earlier. But binging it is very cathartic, so thank you.
The only reason this isn’t my favorite podcast is it isn’t released on a regular schedule. And because The Rachel Maddow Show has a podcast version.
One of my favourite asoiaf podcasts and hands down my favourite Game of Thrones podcast.
During the Season 7 screening I looked forward to listening to your podcast analysis more than watching the episode.
Also love your little songs and the alternate tv theme.
Keep up the amazing work.
This is one of my favourite podcasts, very casual and entertaining and good to refresh my memory on the books as well as getting me through the show. I especially love Kylie and Julie's discussions about the characters in ASOIAF. It is definitely thanks to them that I love the last two books and the Martels as much as I do.
I tried this out because I’m sick of the undeserved praise GOT gets, but after listening to a few episodes I can’t take it anymore. They’re right, GOT is rubbish, and for a while that mutual hatred was enough to keep me subscribed. However listening to these two women whine about every tiny detail on and on and ON gives me just as big a headache as the show does. Both Kylie and Julia clearly love the sounds of their own voices, as evident by the circles they go around in on almost every point th... more
