Absolutely rubbish
While the stories are not told by children, still I have similar feelings about this podcast as about Anna Frank’s diary.
The surprise, how people are living their lives when you think a war stops eveything. When you hear the news and cannot breath but it is so horrible that you don’t even want to hear them.
But you want to listen to the stories’s of these people becasue they make you feel understand what war is a bit a better.

I struggled to find a title that would sum up how I feel about this podcast. The reality of war is the impact on PEOPLE: people like us; ordinary people who are trying to live our lives, dealing with the ordinary joys and sorrows of ordinary life. Then war enters, and we can’t really imagine how that feels. As fellow human beings, we want to know how that feels… and this is where the podcast makes its powerful contribution. This is a few people, trying to live during the war. Their willingness to share with us the day to day struggle of living in a country that is invaded is amazing. I laugh and cry with them. Worth a listen!
