  • Eating foods in season

Whitney does a great job discussing buying fresh foods in season. I think one of her best tips was to meet the people such as the person takes care of the produce or the butcher that tends to meats. They are a great resource you and they can provide you with tips on what’s fresh and in season.

    Thanks Whitney!
