進んでいる実感がなくて、
ちょっとイライラするけど、動けない。

“やり方”に意識が向きがちですが
実はそれよりも大切なのは
“〇〇しやすい体の状態”
になっているかどうか。

そして“文字の呼吸”をテーマにお届けします。
離婚後、マッチングアプリをしていた時期がありました。
実はそこで私が密かにハマっていたのは、
“文章からその人の話し方を想像すること”。
プロフィール文やメッセージのやり取りから
声のスピード、間の取り方、息継ぎの位置まで
なんとなく予想していたのです。
そして実際に会ってみると——
その印象は驚くほど似ていました。
文章には、呼吸が出る。

言葉の長さ。
