Really enjoy these shows. The guests are really likeable and really help relate to the subject.
The true daichitomy which jurors are bound to consider is that of guilty or not guilty. Innocence does not come into it. Really great podcast but the regular misogynistic tone which is threaded throughout the episodes is not ok. Whether it being the police they bring in for comment who seemingly refuse to acknowledge the female host and only speak to the male host, or the terrible reference to a female BBC journalist who was walking down the street ‘swinging her handbag’ who they say was probably late to court because she was out shopping.
