  • A new favorite. Intelligent, thoughtful and funny interviews with intelligent, thoughtful, and often funny New Orleans-based artists. These guys are awesome, and I feel like we're friends at this point.

  • Somewhat recommended.

Renee is well prepared, very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job with these podcasts. However it is curious why a podcast that is largely about New Orleans music and culture would have a co-host that hates the city, doesn’t like music and often is quite rude and offensive. Manny is costing this potentially great podcast listeners.

  • The Feigned Ignorance

The hosts tangential remarks and Manny’s feigned ignorance not only get old quickly but show a certain disrespect to the guests. It’s a horrible interview podcast.
