  • I miss Russ

I dont know how else to say it but Frank in the chat shoulda stayed in the chat. He has bad football takes in general and interrupts everyone with a valid opinion 2 words into their rebuttal.

Russ was awesome and I still love rocky but, man or man, Frank has some work to do to get this pod back in shape… slowly losing a listener

  • Whewww…

Outhouse isn’t the worst guy out there by any means. But his “strategy” is pretty terrible.

Trading to trade is always fun…

This is more on episode 350. It was some other dude and two guests named jen and Nate.

I’m listening and thinking “wow these two are clueless”

A question comes in and they ask how many titles are won. When the answer was clearly 0-1 between the two of them, it all made sense.

Also, the guy said ja-may-is for jameis winston? And no one called him out? He hates Kirk cousi... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

415: Trade Addicts Session 416 - We Can't Escape the Jets
Q: How do you view stacking in non-best-ball leagues?
Stacks are not mandatory in regular dynasty leagues; they can be a bonus in some weeks but shouldn't be forced as a core strategy.
415: Trade Addicts Session 416 - We Can't Escape the Jets
Q: What is your guiding principle in trading in dynasty?
The gist is to be communicative, understand what your trade partner needs, and focus on trades that help both sides win championships, not just one-sided upgrades.
414: Trade Addicts Session 415 - Let the Rookie Drafts BEGIN!!
Q: Given the current rookie ADP, is the 101 worth the cost compared to taking a player like HAN or Love?
The consensus leans toward preferring the 101 side if you want the surest long-term asset, but in a specific trade scenario with Williams and two picks, the 101 side may still be worth it if the board lacks a clear first-round alternative; the decision hinges on your team needs and the perceived upside of HAN versus Love.
411: Trade Addicts Session 412 - Dak Prescott = Joe Burrow
Q: What are the keys to focus on when you are early in a rebuild and have a lot of draft capital?
Acquire cornerstone assets that can help you win now, not just draft busts; package draft capital into moves that net high-upside players who retain value; and strategically cascade picks to build a balanced, productive roster.
410: Trade Addicts Session 411 - Time to (Blay)Lock In!!
Q: Who's your guy this year in the rookie class and who do you think you can't leave the draft without?
I'm impressed by Jacobi Lane as a low-cost, high-upside option who could be a solid third or fourth flex without breaking the bank, and I'd still target a late-round back (Mike Washington) who could emerge as an RB2 with opportunity.
