First episode I listened to had a guest just talking nonstop. And then another 10 minutes of league news and the hour plus long episode is really only 30 minutes. And that’s including ad time. So actual subject matter is like 25. Waste of time
I dont know how else to say it but Frank in the chat shoulda stayed in the chat. He has bad football takes in general and interrupts everyone with a valid opinion 2 words into their rebuttal.
Russ was awesome and I still love rocky but, man or man, Frank has some work to do to get this pod back in shape… slowly losing a listener
He left before he could become the villain. You will be missed.

The show centers on dynasty fantasy football, emphasizing value-based trades, player valuations, and practical roster moves. Episodes blend news notes, live trades, and reader questions, often featuring multi-host banter, guest insights, and real-world examples from dynasty leagues. A notable strength is its open audience engagement, emphasis on trade psychology, and a community-driven voice with actionable strategies that stay relevant beyond weekly NFL news. A recurring edge is the integration of live/demo trades, guest analysts from top fantasy outlets, and coverage of league mechanics, bylaw considerations, and charity initiatives across the network.
