  • A mom’s review

1st time reviewing the podcast. Although a lot of terms used aren’t in my vocabulary, I get the idea of the subject. One thing comes to mind.

Thank you for not using swear words and using ‘real words. ( Aj slips once in while. I’ll forgive). Asad is talking slower to me to catch the subject he is asking his co hosts. Sam is Sam. ( thinking and concisely saying what he means)

And that brings me to my oldest son AJ, he provides the occasional comical relief although he knows how to convey his ... more

  • Great for GTM, steps into misinformed territory with macro

This is a rare GTM centric podcast that’s not boring. The energy levels of the hosts make it an easy listen. They’ve invited some great GTM leaders and in general their GTM-centric content is spot on.

I do believe they need to caveat all the macro topics by saying “this is simply their point of view based on their very limited experiences.” M&A, Politics, Fed, etc - their take on these topics range from what’s flashed in the media to bordering misinformed.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

AI Marketing Has A Disease. Can The Cure Be Bought, Taught, or Caught? | Kyle Lacy, CMO @ Docebo
Q: What is the core framework Kyle uses to anchor GTM?
Kyle describes starting with a manifesto, then building messaging pillars, use cases, personas, ICPs, and verticals—the framework keeps the brand grounded in customer-centered storytelling rather than rigid processes.
Top Investor: AI Killed Most Moats. These 4 Still Work | Liz Christo, Partner @ Stage 2 Capital
Q: The human SDR manager role in the future, are you bullish or bearish about this position?
The consensus is cautiously bullish: human managers will persist but their roles will shift toward overseeing larger teams, with automation handling many routine tasks and coaching increasingly done via simulations and AI.
Top Investor: AI Killed Most Moats. These 4 Still Work | Liz Christo, Partner @ Stage 2 Capital
Q: Are you a bull or a bear on the concept of RevOps being a great path into becoming a CRO in the future?
The panel is bullish that RevOps will remain important, though the role may evolve; management will focus more on coaching and orchestrating AI-enabled tools, with the number of people managed potentially increasing, but overall headcount growth in ops may compress.
This is How Tech Executives Will Get Hired in 2026
Q: What should I do to move into an AI company if I have no AI experience but lots of drive?
Demonstrate AI fluency from the outset by showing real work products and hands-on projects with AI tools; build a personal website or projects (e.g., a ROI calculator for hiring you) and be ready to discuss tools you've used, where they work, and their limits to prove you can navigate AI-enabled environments.
Meet The 27-Year-Old Building $1.5B AI Employees (Decagon CEO)
Q: What departments do they need to be cautious about? Are there specific areas where you think AI really doesn't work in this application?
I would say it's situations where there is no escalation path or no fallback.
