    I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts and shows on emotional and disordered eating. Dr. Melissa’s has one of the best for combining compassionate, practical, expert advice and support. Her topics hit home in all the ways the matter when one is dealing with compulsive and overeating for various reasons. I highly recommend her show. She is a dose of inspiration and motivation to keep you on track as you heal while also uncovering truths about your journey.

  • Excellent and encouraging podcast!

    I am so thankful I found Dr. McCreery’s podcast! If you have ever been on the restrict and binge or I need more willpower hamster wheel, this podcast is a must listen! I also recently purchased her book and I am loving that as well. She gives so many wonderful practical strategies to really give your body what it needs so that you’re not relying on willpower to do what is best for you but instead getting in touch with what you are really hungry for - 10 stars if I could!!!
