  • A Fun Podcast for Arrowverse Ventures

This has been my go-to podcast for Legends of Tomorrow, and now, as the hosts have added more DC shows to their roster, this will also be my go-to for Superman

  • Bad show

The review of the Stargirl finale was pure garbage and the hosts are completely bland. Bizarre reaction to what most are calling one of the best CW superhero finales. The smugness is extremely off putting.

  • One of my Favorite Podcasts!

This has been my go-to podcast for Legends of Tomorrow, and now, as the hosts have added more DC shows to their roster, this will also be my go-to for Superman & Lois and Stargirl! The hosts Martin & Jess, and now long-time listener, long-time caller, Geoff, have a good rapport with each other and their opinions tend to balance each other out without sacrificing honest conversation and dialogue.

Love the extra production elements and sound bites they use throughout the show, and I love that th... more

  • BEST PODCAST EVER!

I'll never get tired of saying this is THE best podcast for any DCTV show. Flash and Harley are awesome hosts. They have a great sense of humor and their comments are always on point. So if you like Legends of Tomorrow please do yourself a favor and check this podcast.

  • Not what I was looking for.

I am looking for a good Legends podcast and was hoping this was it. Unfortunately, it's not. A little too breezy for my tastes.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

TL372 - Justice League Unlimited - S2E5&6 - The Balance and Double Date
Q: Is Hades truly Wonder Woman's father in this continuity, and what are the weaknesses of Diana's armor post-upgrade?
The hosts note the ambiguity of Diana's parentage in this arc while acknowledging the armor upgrade, with ongoing curiosity about any introduced vulnerabilities that could be exploited in future episodes.
TL372 - Justice League Unlimited - S2E5&6 - The Balance and Double Date
Q: Would balance tipping toward dark magic affect the heroes in the same way if the balance shifted the other way around?
The discussion explores that the balance concept is tied to order and chaos rather than strictly light versus dark, suggesting that an excess of chaos could strain both sides and prompt counter-measures from the magical community.
TL369 - Justice League Unlimited - S2E3&4 - The Doomsday Sanction and Taskforce X
Q: What is the core ethical tension driving the season's arc?
The core tension centers on whether superhero power should be trusted or controlled by governments and Cadmus, with Batman and Superman representing competing philosophies about oversight, security, and civil liberties, leading to a looming fear of a rogue Justice League should Lex gain power.
TL364 - Arrowverse Finale Special
Q: Which finale stood out the most to you and why?
Many hosts point to Arrow as the highest benchmark, praising its multidimensional closure and the way it honored the ensemble, while Superman and Lois is highlighted for its deeply emotional, character-driven conclusion that felt earned and transformative for the universe.
TL360 - Justice League Unlimited S1E9 - Ultimatum
Q: Why did the new Ultimen team have limited seats at the table instead of the full original lineup?
The debate suggests it's a production/plot choice to focus on Cadmus' control dynamics and to build tension around the reveal that the older League is not fully in the loop, while also hinting at actor availability and storytelling pacing.
