    I’m a cafe manager and coffee roaster in Baltimore, and I’m loving this podcast. It’s always really nice to listen to other coffee professionals discuss how they do things, but Tim and Ben talking about the little intricacies of their own roasting, emphasizing green quality and giving credit to farmers is not only informative but really relaxing.
