A show centered on coffee sourcing, roasting, farming, and industry technology, with a strong emphasis on hands-on practice, sustainability, and direct farmer relationships. Conversations blend practical techniques, data-driven roasting, and field experiences from visits to farms and roasteries, often featuring guests who are producers, roasters, or researchers shaping modern coffee. Notable is the willingness to tackle both technical details and broader supply-chain dynamics, making it useful for professionals seeking deeper industry insights or practical takeaways for sourcing, roasting, and sustainability initiatives.
