Q: What was it like trying to work with the other two actresses? My apologies if I get those wrong. Nugaga and Nicole. How did you go about building that dynamic, the three of you, and shot the Wetlanders and things like that?

Björn Landberg says he asked the stunt team if he could full-speed tackle a Trolloc, and they liked the idea. He was disappointed he did not get to do any fighting.

Q: What was the process like for creating Hills of Tanchico, and how did it come together so quickly?

I had only a limited morning to draft the piece, then delivered a near-final version by early afternoon. The orchestration incorporated a blend of instruments to evoke in-world geography while remaining nebulous enough to feel authentic to The Wheel of Time. The final track was greenlit within 48 hours, with recording session logistics spanning multiple time zones, which was intense but incredibly rewarding.

Q: How did you first become a Wheel of Time fan, and what drew you to score for it?

I discovered the books as a youth, fell in love with the epic scope and world-building, and when I found out The Wheel of Time was being developed for TV, I grabbed the opportunity to read more deeply and craft a musical idea that could fit the show's expansive world. The fan community and the opportunity to contribute creatively together with a live orchestra became a perfect convergence of my passions.

Q: And I'm just curious, was there one in particular that made Wraith go, okay, Sharon, you know what? More hats. Bring it on. Was there anything that really got him over onto the side of hats?
