  • One Star (for most recent episode)

I’ll change it back eventually but you guys deserve 1 star for how you did (person’s name) dirty in this last episode. They were one of the most impactful characters in the entire series and you guys spent 30 seconds on it and moved on. Trying to be mindful of spoilers but you know what I mean. Shane

  • I now love WoT!

This podcast has helped me love the Wheel of Time! Dani and Brett’s discussions make the characters feel (sometimes frustratingly) more realistic and human but also more lovable. I’ve been listening along as I read the series for the first time and I finally caught up to the podcast. The spoiler-free up to the chapter they are covering is wonderful and feels like a book club. Bring on the last battle! Can’t wait to finish the series with them.

  • Great Predictions, great conversations

I recently finished the Wheel of Time series after avoiding it for YEARS for no real reason. Once I finished I was starved for someone to talk to about this, just all the things! I started listening on Knife of Dreams. Dani and Brett make going through these books so much fun and highlight things I missed, while also making me laugh when a character just isn’t it *cough* Gawyn. I can’t wait to keep reading along and catch-up from Towers of Midnight. Joined Paterson to lose the ads, but found a r... more

  • This pod is frustrating

This pod is probably not for me. I’m looking for a spoiler-free pod for first time readers that goes into the lore and explains the characters and plot points/threads I forget from previous books/chapters.

This pod is one host with all the info trying to patiently explain everything while the other host who has never read the books constantly derailing the conversation with non-sequiturs.

Host1: This group of characters we have seen is very important and essential to the plot. Let’s review who... more

  • Disappointing money grab

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and I’ve loved it.

Lately, they have inserted 2-3 minute ad breaks every 10 min in the episodes.

    It’s egregious and really disappointing.
