Just focus on the fire, helping people with insurance problems everyone is facing, the rebuilding, and our local palisades news. The podcast has lost its focus and its core audience.

These guys had the LA county supervisor on and she never mentioned buying up our lots at post fire prices. Also they have the same people on more than once because they consider them safe. I’m smart enough to know they are bought and paid for. I gave them a good review until I realized they are pushing the fire hardening narrative.
