What it’s is to have different types of relationships. Especially with yourself. Knowing that you will have all different types of relationships with different types of people. Know your place and own that shit!

Love yourself and give yourself that relationship you’ve always wanted.

Information on what has helped us reach our fitness goals. It’s a process And it happens little by little. Have patience for yourself and be consistent.

I’ve decided to become more proactive with my frustration and use it as fuel to motivate me to do better. Changing your mentality and starting to be more positive can be just what you need to do and be better.
