I love listening to this podcast. I come back to it again and again. I wish he would continue but I know he is doing Real Yoga.
Relatable presentation, eloquent and carful word choice of rooted ancient wisdom... so glad I found Eric’s podcast!
Intelligent deep podcast about true yoga.
Piercing insights. Compassionate, eminently reasonable reflections. Thank you, Eric!
I really enjoyed the most recent episode, particularly the part reminding us to consider the purpose behind spiritual traditions. The story made the teaching more understandable and obviously universal across faiths. Eric’s obvious respect for the use of a faith or spiritual tradition, regardless of which one, as a path to make people happier and humanity more peaceful makes this approachable for anyone. The episodes are not too long, just long enough to give you something to think about as you ... more
Ancient wisdom can be undeniably powerful, but all too often it’s also dense, obscure, and seemingly indecipherable. With uncommon clarity and rigorous logic, Eric unpacks these powerful truths and makes them practically relevant for our daily lives. Every week, I walk away with a new insight or technique that helps me to do better in my daily life. I can’t recommend it enough.
Easy to understand advice for life laid out simply, step by step.

I listened to this podcast while stuck in traffic and immediately could apply much of the content to my life at that moment. Eric has a knack of breaking down ancient wisdom into digestible chunks for the modern person. The podcast is laid out in nice segments - I appreciate the pacing and the precise and concise phrasing and explanations. I look forward to future episodes!
