  • Binge listened

Found this podcast via a gender critical pod. Am self employed with no employees, so little interest in the corporate HR world beyond a deep scar left from my previous career. Yet am totally hooked. Sensible, critical thinking with an engaging, well-informed host and interesting guests. Thank you.

  • Critical thinking and sensible discussion

Refreshing, needed, thoughtful questions and commentary on where workplaces have gone astray with DEI. Episodes with Alex Edmans from London Business School and Eric Kaufman from Buckingham New University were particularly insightful (and data-driven).

Thanks for drilling into these topics. Please look into forced volunteering by employers. They get to virtue signal. Employees get to catch up on missed work in their own time.

    It needs to stop!

Let people volunteer, if they wish, in their own time. What’s it got to do with employers anyway? It’s politically intrusive, as typically linked to Left-wing policy and DEI agenda, yet I’ve seen no one investigating it.
