As we know, life is always changing. Things will begin and end for the rest of time. One door closes so another may open, create space so something else can fill it. While I find myself at the forefront of a lot of change I realize that this podcast ... more

It has been a year since I started This Is Sav, and what a year it has been. Thank you for listening.

As of late life has felt like too much to handle. When that happens I like to re center myself by asking, “what are you doing, what is important, and what do you need to let go of?”

Find yourself and then find the other 319 to be in your tribe. Like Aberdeen said in Episode 1, “live everyday feeling proud of what you’ve done.” I am proud to know I share these thoughts of fear and uncertainty with someone else on this earth! We are not perfect, but let’s be imperfect together. Subscribe to th... more
