It has been a year since I started This Is Sav, and what a year it has been. Thank you for listening.
As of late life has felt like too much to handle. When that happens I like to re center myself by asking, “what are you doing, what is important, and what do you need to let go of?”
A short recap of the happenings in my life and within myself.
More often than not I have a myriad of thoughts scrambling around in my head. In this episode I talk about what’s been on my mind recently and how it’s effected my relationships and self esteem.
It’s been a while. The following segments are (just a few) updates on my life and my thoughts. Enjoy.
For the most part, lately when I record it’s because I am at a loss of what to do in my personal life. The conclusion I keep coming to is that no matter what I have to keep going.
In a world where we often push ourselves too hard and hold ourselves to higher expectations than is realistic or necessary, I want to make sure we remember one thing... We need to be kind to ourselves.
This is raw and vulnerable and verbalized every fear we’ve all felt... especially at 4am. Can’t wait to see where this goes! Vulnerability is the greatest strength anyone can have. Keep it up!
Raw, vulnerable and authentic! Really enjoyed this! I read a quote the other day that said something like, you’re one in a million, that means there are 320 of you in the United States. Find yourself and then find the other 319 to be in your tribe. Like Aberdeen said in Episode 1, “live everyday feeling proud of what you’ve done.” I am proud to know I share these thoughts of fear and uncertainty with someone else on this earth!
