Space to Grow
Q: What are the other pillars that you're leaning on when your vision is unclear or you're going through a challenging time?
When going through tough times in business, it's important to remember that my identity is not solely tied to business success, but also to family, friends, and other supportive relationships.
Time for Change
Q: Thinking like from where you're at right now, and the things you've gone through, if you were to zoom backwards to that point in time where you were making your decision to pivot from PT to SEO more on a full time basis, what is the one thing that you wish you knew back then?
I'd tell myself to ignore all the social noise about vanity metrics like office location or employee count, which don't really matter in the long run.
Time for Change
Q: What was the pivot point for you to actually go ahead and make that decision, to make that change?
The change happened when I was with a client, and I realized I was tired of being their therapist, which made me decide to drop that client and pursue my SEO work full-time.
The Model Employee
Q: How did you transition from a side hustle to full-blown entrepreneurship at 100 miles an hour?
Logan explains that his ten years in B2B sales gave him confidence to seek clients rather than a new job after his layoff, leading him to use LinkedIn for outreach and webinars as his service.
The Model Employee
Q: What was that moment like when you decided to step on your own?
Logan shares that losing his job prompted him to take the leap into entrepreneurship, highlighting a conversation with his wife where she referred to him as the model employee.
