Some of you know my voice, but not my story. Some of you feel me, but don’t know how I became this version of myself.So today, I want to slow it all down and introduce myself

There is a difference between the pull of attachment…

and the whisper of your intuition.and part of growing spiritually is learning to distinguish the difference

Sometimes the grief is not for someone else…

but for the version of yourself that still believed.

Attachment is not weakness. It’s the body learning what closeness feels like. You don't have to abandon yourself anymore to receive love that you deserve.

Sometimes people don’t come back to stay.”
