Hoenig gave fascist Trump legal cover. He will be well paid in order to maintain his plastic surgery costs. We are losing our democracy because Elie needs to pay for Botox and fillers. Or, because there is kompromat on him.
I rate the podcast 5 stars, but I will no longer listen to Elie Honig.
I’ve listened from the first episode - and something’s happened to Elie’s analysis. When he gets a prediction wrong, he tends to double down in his misdirection. A continuing focus of his finger-wagging is Jack Smith. I don’t know whether it’s professional jealousy or just muddled thinking, but Elie’s analysis (?) of Smith’s filing released by Judge Chutkan conveniently skitters around the facts and circumstances surrounding the case.
