Loved the episode with Amy Green Smith and the conversation around standing up for ourselves and our truth as women. It’s not easy, and we need more conversations like this.
Deb is great to listen to and always has wonderful stories to share. Well worth the time to listen.
Deb is such a joy! I love listening to her show, she asks questions that always get to the heart of her interviewees story. So worth a listen! You’ll enjoy this one for sure!
Thank you for having this woman on your podcast. It was inspiring to hear her story about climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and accepting her self and her body exactly how she/it is and living a life of adventure. I liked the pivot when she started asking herself, “How am I going to say YES?” I needed to hear this right now as I am dealing with some deep grief and feel a little like I am in the Twilight Zone. I look forward to the movie!
Courage is a necessary ingredient to the success of living a LARGE and rich life. Deb’s focus on Courage in this podcast guides all of us to creating great shifts in one’s life.
