    I first learned about Robert Swan because of NTT Data’s sponsorship of his 2022 expedition to Antarctica. I was quite interested to learn in Episode 1 about the beginnings of his and his team’s passions for polar exploration and protecting our environment.

    Episode 2 recounts the team’s adversity with Nature and with bureaucracy. Persevering against all of that, the explorers’ call for us to persevere in our own life-challenges is inspiring. Their summons to us that our big adventure on Earth ... more

  • Real adventure

    In these days of inReach sat phones, GPS and Google maps, I loved hearing a first hand account of an Antarctic adventure with none of those options. My favorite adventurer, Willi Unsoeld, would have loved this. “Seek ye the challenge of Life: to search beyond the horizon, to strive against all odds, to dare to risk at all costs, in order to improve life for the next generation.”
