As an ex-show choir kid who would’ve become a Disney adult in slightly different circumstances, I’m obsessed!
Miya and Rosie are so funny and creative and I really enjoy hearing their fantastical park pitches. Shout out to the Haunted Mansion ep!
I found this podcast through Carlye Wisel posting on her Instagram story about an episode she was on recently. I found their trash can episode and I knew I found my people. I used to be a custodian at Disney World for my DCP, and as a joke all of my custodian friends joke that we love trash and trash cans and bought the trash can salt and pepper shakers when they were released. This podcast brings me joy 😂. I laughed out loud at work during the wedding episode and others.
I found this podcast through Carlye Wisel who mentioned on Instagram that she was a guest on a recent episode. I trust her opinion with all things theme parks so I thought I’d give it a shot. And wow. I’ve only listened to a few early episodes but I’m hooked! Rosie and Miya play off each other so well and it feels like talking to friends who are equally obsessed with all things theme parks and the surrounding culture. I also love that they bring a critical lens while still thoroughly enjoying th... more
These two are such fun to listen !! Knowledgeable on many subjects, I feel like I learn more & my world is opened up a little more each episode! This podcast is definitely for anyone who is reconnecting with their love of theme parks, currently a theme park fan or maybe u wanna just add a lil whimsy into your life 💫. More than anything I appreciate their ability to holistically connect theme parks, through history and culture, to the bigger picture! Would give a 100000 stars rating if I could!
I learned of this podcast from my boyfriend who is utterly obsessed with it and have really enjoyed how passionate and down to earth the hosts are. I love hearing questions I’ve wondered about being answered in such a fun, enthusiastic fashion. Excited to hear more and see opportunities open up for these two, they deserve it!
where else can you hear such engineering genius as a cruise that sails in an enclosed water tank to assuage open-seaphobia? cancel your phone plan now judy because when i tell you to call me when your podcast comes with an airtight powerpoint textual analysis on “teen beach movie 2,” you’ll never pick it up. i heard sarah koenig wants to go back to school
Such a genuinely wonderful way to learn more about Disney and the parks - the hosts are lovely and extremely knowledgeable.
Would love to hear more about the sustainability efforts (straw wars?) at Disney!!
one of us went to a theme park
The best podcast around, hands down! (and underneath the rollbar please)
