Please tell Ruth Alexander how to pronounce “POTHOLES”. It is not “POHOLES”.
This was a well researched report spoilt by her constant reference to “POHOLES”. Interestingly, the Asian engineer who contributed to the programme spoke the word correctly!
The BBC should be more proactive in promoting good pronunciation.

The series on press freedom is excellent. The episode “Changing Realities” isn’t downloading properly so I can’t listen to it! Can this be fixed please?
