This content is tremendously helpful (and valuable) and as a corporate leader I have paid for this type of engagement and transformational coaching (from the host) for myself and my teams. Jen’s approach of 20 minutes +/- caters to a distracted world - so the 20 minutes are packed with actionable suggestions so I recommend only listening once a week (or less) to give yourself time for reflection and remodeling.
