  • Obamas

They are so annoying and out of touch. Could’ve had much more interesting and musically and/or culturally relevant people who didn’t hold the record for drone bombing people

  • My Love for Stevie couldn’t overcome the irritation of the Host

I’m six years younger than Stevie and literally grew up on his music. Stevie is my all time favorite artist. However, sadly, I couldn’t get past the first episode because the host’s style is so over the top cringy. Unfortunately, too much yada yada, and not enough Stevie. Too bad, this could have been such a treat.

I have never written a podcast review before, but finishing this podcast series compels me. I listened to the album for each episode, then listened to the episode, then listened to the album again. What a special experience to experience more depth and context from the albums. What I loved about this series was the discussion of the historical context, the meanings behind the musical forms and the discussion of the musical technology. It was a feast for my ears. I am left wanting more - so pleas... more
