The episode called Ease the Squeeze on energy bills did not contain accurate information on how to find local energy advice. The link to Community Energy England only showed community energy projects and only ones that were members of this organisation. Charities which offer free energy advice, such as Better Housing Better Health covering Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, were not included. Since the Energy Saving Trust defunded all its local advice centres there is now a patchwork of community ... more
