This was my first time listening to Fred (who I work with) and the topic was very attractive to me. I quit FB 6 or 7 years ago already, not an instagram or twitter guy either as I prefer human connection and interaction (not that much in the past 2 years), than algo driven, fake, 6 degrees of separation, social media communication.
