  • Bullies

Really not impressed. I was hoping to learn about nutrition, and instead it was two girls laughing and making fun of other people’s diet choices without providing any facts or useful information

  • Love this show!

Been listening since the beginning and love the care and thought that they put into their episodes. I’ve learned so much from you both! Appreciate you calling out these crazy social trends and their links to pretty harmful movements in our country. Keep up the great convos.

  • Not informative

I was excited to hear legitimate reasons that they did not like another nutritionist I follow, but all I heard was giggling and basically bullying of this persons social media presence. I expected more, waste of an hour!

  • Not impressed

Wow, you guys clearly know nothing about intermittent fasting.

Also, your constant laughing at stupid things is really annoying to someone who is listening in hopes of getting good information and advice.

    Highly disappointed:/
