I have to admit I really love this podcast, but this most recent guest is a quack. I know Jason leans into Covid denial in his views, and I’m fine with him expressing his opinions because he gets guests that are kind and humble and though provoking and keep to the topic of plant medicine from a wholistic standpoint, but Bryan Ardis is a fraudulent blowhard who peddles Qanon quackery and is a chiropractor, not a medical doctor. As soon as he insisted he be called Dr. Ardis by Jason, I couldn’t ta... more
The diversity of critical perspectives and the depth it touches is simply great. Thank you for doing this. Much love from Thailand!
I appreciate that Jason interviews a wide variety of practitioners in the plant medicine and healing arts. I think often we can find ourselves in our own echo chambers of how a practice “should” be done or taught, and limit our experience to a narrow way of what we think is right. The guests on this podcast, while sharing some common beliefs and ideologies, also vary greatly from person to person as well. Even guests who may share the same culture or nationality can vary in their ways. I often d... more
It’s one of my go tos. Jason is a natural space holder. Allowing the space for his guests to share their story, medicine and wisdom. His laid back style, combined with curiosity and non egoic nature allows for a very easy listen with lots of gold in each episode. Thank you Jason for putting these transmissions out there! Deep gratitude.
This is exactly the type of podcast I’ve been searching for. I’ve been working with plant medicine for about 8 years. I’ve always felt there was a gap in the integration process and it’s great to have someone who can speak so clearly and articulately about these topics. His website is also a great source for information.
