This was one of my favorite episodes of any podcast. Gary Cantrell is an icon. The documentary on Netflix was one of the first videos I watched when I started to the sport.
Recently started listening at the suggestion of a friend. I’m in the beginning of training for my first 100 (Charleston 100) and their episodes are both informative, fun and inspiring. I take a new episode on pretty much every run and I’m constantly learning something new about this awesome sport and finding new perspectives on #embracingthesuck
Addicted to this show! Guys are knowledgeable, funny and personable. They help inspire me to go further and do better.
This show is by far my favorite running podcast. Jeff and Jeremy are so well prepared with their research they even surprise the guests sometimes. The hosts consistently ask excellent questions of their guests which leads to some great discussions. An episode can feel like part motivational speech, part therapy session, part life coaching and they even talk about running some as well. Lol. I highly recommend giving it a listen. I’m always excited to see a new episode drop.
I came across this podcast as I was training for my first 100 miler. While I was already an experienced ultrarunner, I found this podcast to be full of very helpful (and new) information. The race went better than I could’ve ever hoped for, and I give a lot of credit to these guys and their guests for helping me get through it! Not only is the content informative, but the stories they share and guests they interview are top notch!
