This podcast is Lucid in all its meanings. Don’t be surprised if you find it confronting. But the sincerity, honesty, courage make it worth the listen. After all, if we don’t listen, we too continue to believe the lies abusers tell.

Kait and Laurie are (S)HEROES!!! Wishing you both times of quiet joyful centred relaxation. All the Best
