Made it through two episodes, and it is truly horrible. The second episode the host was interviewing a woman and he spent the hour just mansplaining over the guest . Honestly, glad that this podcast was cancelled.
Some good guests and rob seems like a nice guy but it can be a snooze fest. Often it’s just sterile interview questions with minimal engagement from the host, kind of like listening to a job interview. Ten Junk Miles is a much more engaging listen.
I have gone down the ultra rabbit hole and have been consuming EVERYTHING Rob Steger puts out. I love his interviews, his sense of humor, and that he is a regular guy and a middle of the pack crusher. Listening to him talk inspires me and makes me believe that I too can run 200 miles! Every episode has great tips and information mixes in. And I love love hearing about the different races and race recaps.
