Even though I am genuinely disappointed by the AI episode (truly felt like a 3 out of 5) still putting 5 out of 5 as to not impact the show. I found that the attempt in arguing both sides about the criticism of AI was limited, as one of the primary issues people have with AI is the environmental impact. I’m not typically a podcast person but this podcast is too beneficial to pass up as a clinical mental health grad student. A great range of topics are covered and I enjoy the pace and nature of the conversations.
I really like the format of the show and the practical suggestions. Very helpful for people who do counseling but also come in for therapy!

I am currently a graduate student in a school counseling program and use these podcasts to get a lot of my indirect hours. The variability in topics that are presented allow me to get a lot of exposure to things that might not necessarily be taught in my program. Podcasts will leave me wanting to discuss different topics or questions with my fellow students and I love that experience. Thank you so much for starting this. It is really appreciated!
