I love this podcast. The information and resources being provided is aiding my growing my clinical skills. I feel that I did not learn much of clinical skills in grad school. (I recently graduated this year). Could you possibly do more episodes on diagnosis, interventions, group activities, and how to navigate suicidal conversations and alcohol use disorder?
Love the podcast - as a counselor in training this is a great introduction to the landscape of our field and the emerging franchise model of Ellie. My only suggestion is PLEASE balance the intro and exit sound…it is so much louder than the episode content, blows my ears out every time I listen.
I graduated with my MSW in 2020 right amidst the pandemic. I spent my first 2 years out of grad school working in the school system and have now transitioned into an outpatient private group therapy practice. The topics and conversations in the podcast so far have been practical, applicable, and validating for someone whose just getting started as a baby therapist! Thank you!
