Wonderful, fun and informative. Love it when a new episode arrives!
The 1960’s are almost a forgotten or dismissed period of Christie’s writings, yet it was a decade of some classics especially Endless Night. This podcast hosted by Christie experts, demonstrates that Christie reflected the changing social, economic and political environment of the period in which she wrote. Never the cosy crime writer she is often portrayed but much more. The podcast has high production values and is very interesting, but not self-indulgent, which spoils too many podcasts.
An interesting approach to Agatha Christie’s work, this podcast is also a lot of fun to listen to. The hosts are likeable, knowledgeable, and funny, without a whiff of stuffiness.
