Through Meredith I discovered that my son was a signaller and even knowing that gave me a sense of calm and understanding of why he wakes so much, why he is the way he is. I love her podcast, I love her wisdom. I love how intuitive she is and how she encourages mothers to listen to their intuition. I love how her methods are gentle/working with the child because I didn’t want to do anything that would upset my son and being a highly sensitive child, I knew he needed a more responsive approach.... more

There’s so much out there on how to do one extreme or the other. It’s freeing and refreshing to hear someone talk about parenting and mothering in a way that feels good for you somewhere “in the middle”.
