  • Great hosts!

You guys are great. I love hearing knowledgeable women talk about sports. Please avoid guests like the red zone guy who say things like ‘is this for women watching with their boyfriend.’ Boohiss. But the rest is great! Especially the wnba content!

  • Used to be better

I loved this show so much initially, but over the past couple of months it has seemed less professional. I don’t want more asides and banter than actual content. The info is good when they get to it, but the pod could be half as long.

  • Do you ever feel something was made for you?

Where to begin. Started listening because of Jordan/Bill UNC content, stayed for the good humor, vibes, smart takes, and compressed flowers. But in seriousness, I learn something every week and love knowing the relevant stories and personalities in the sports world. My boyfriend has worked in sports for many years and now I can actually chat with him about it and love getting swept up in it all, too :) Thanks Madeline and Charlotte

  • The Sports Pod I’ve Been Waiting For

As someone who has worked in sports media for my entire career but hasn’t always felt like the “target” sports fan of the companies I worked for, I resonate with this show deeply. NHL’s WAG culture, why Brad Marchand’s team used to hate him, and Sidney Crosby’s hair advice with ESPN’s Emily Kaplan (plus our Buffalo trip and Bills game recap!)
Q: Is there any sort of unspoken competition between wags on different teams to have a more creative jacket?
No, this is the other thing I'm talking about. Like you said, it's a family.
NHL’s WAG culture, why Brad Marchand’s team used to hate him, and Sidney Crosby’s hair advice with ESPN’s Emily Kaplan (plus our Buffalo trip and Bills game recap!)
Q: Tell us, when it comes to hockey, I feel like hockey players in sports media, it's sort of notorious that their hockey players don't love to say a lot, but you get great stuff out of them. Is it by the relationships you've built? Or do you know where the juicy stuff is now?
Because hockey is just such an incredible sport, and I think we're underserving it in so many ways. The relationships I've built allow me to treat them as human beings and get to know them.
WNBA Playoffs drama with Ben Pickman and The Sports Gossip Show turns one!
Q: What is your favorite sports gossip story of all time?
One that always resonates with me is the story about the Twitter account called Ballsack Sports, which was a parody account that made up fake sports news and got caught out often by actual athletes and media.
WNBA Playoffs drama with Ben Pickman and The Sports Gossip Show turns one!
Q: What do you think is going to win the WNBA Finals?
I think the Las Vegas Aces are going to win the WNBA Finals. That was my pick at the start of the playoffs.
March Madness and the Yankees' new bats, more LeBron James media beef, the funniest current sports gossip, and best sports stories we’ve reported
Q: What has the basketball March Madness been like this year?
It's been unique to see how many one-seeds are in the Final Four, particularly with UConn making a strong performance.
