I care about my neighbors in MPLS and I’m glad these ladies do too. This is a fun reprieve for me and a lot of other listeners.
The politics in the latest episode had me rolling my eyes into the back of my head. STOP. Neither of these women have any authority or understanding about what they’re talking about. Charlotte is insufferable with every possible take.
I look forward to this show every week, it’s the perfect intersection of sports news and fun chitchat. The hosts are both really funny yet thoughtful about how they cover the world of sports. Also really appreciate them speaking out about current events. Keep up the amazing work!!!
I love the core premise of this show (sports is a lot more like celeb gossip than people think and worthy of discussion). When they are unpacking a story I truly enjoy what they think. However, the seemingly constant attempts to create “bits” and especially the multiple rounds of jokingly discussing “sponsor us”/“could this be a brand trip” per episode are both grating and to me undercut their position as journalists.
