  • Paying attention to the world around you is the human thing to do

Been listening for months and I appreciate your kind words on what’s happening in the world. I hate when people want to live in a bubble and act like this isn’t happening.

I care about my neighbors in MPLS and I’m glad these ladies do too. This is a fun reprieve for me and a lot of other listeners.

  • Political Garbage

The politics in the latest episode had me rolling my eyes into the back of my head. STOP. Neither of these women have any authority or understanding about what they’re talking about. Charlotte is insufferable with every possible take.

I love the core premise of this show (sports is a lot more like celeb gossip than people think and worthy of discussion). When they are unpacking a story I truly enjoy what they think. However, the seemingly constant attempts to create “bits” and especially the multiple rounds of jokingly discussing “sponsor us”/“could this be a brand trip” per episode are both grating and to me undercut their position as journalists. I’m bummed to unsubscribe but I can’t keep hearing them say “BRAND take us on... more

Q: Tell us, when it comes to hockey, I feel like hockey players in sports media, it's sort of notorious that their hockey players don't love to say a lot, but you get great stuff out of them. Is it by the relationships you've built? Or do you know where the juicy stuff is now?
Because hockey is just such an incredible sport, and I think we're underserving it in so many ways. The relationships I've built allow me to treat them as human beings and get to know them.
