Thanks Mandy.
You gave me solid advice to go to Mullum Women’s Resource Centre from the departure lounge one day.
I, and my unfolding story, are still very much a work in progress. It is reassuring to have your voice in my ears as I walk through this particular dark time.
I may not know where I end up, in what shape, or if at all. But lady, you do an incredible job as a human, for other humans.
Hoping my 5 stars can bring this resource to even one more person who needs it.
This podcast was so helpful in reassuring me to trust my feelings about my marriage. I had lost my way and was really unhappy with myself. It opened my eyes (along with my counsellor) to see how I could fix/not fix the relationship. I listened to this several times, pulling out the bits that made sense to me and hearing new perspective was enlightening. Keep it available!
This podcast has given me a much broader perspective on some of the challenges I am facing in regards to the breakdown of my 9 year relationship. It showed me there are women going through exactly the same issues, and that there is light at the end of what seems like a never ending dark tunnel. A much needed confidence boost in a time in which I feel very alone.
I love this podcast and was looking forward to hearing the stories of others who have taken the dating plunge. Not disappointed but don’t think that Mandy’s Christmas story works in this context. Better suited to an episode about creating a new ‘normal’
I love this podcast, but please stop talking over the guests!!
