I’m always looking for podcasts that will give me an edge and many are a total waste of time. David is an outstanding interviewer and always directs the conversation in the right direction. Even with weak guests he makes sure the listener gets excellent information. It is my go to podcast that I can count on for improving my game. I highly recommend it… except to my competitors…<grin>

Q: Tell us a little bit about the professional backstory that brought you to the work that you're doing today, and we'll use that as the springboard for our chat.
John Ball describes leaving a career as a flight attendant to pursue coaching, speaking, and training, detailing a progression through personal development companies to building his own practice and the paid apprenticeship of teaching and coaching others.
533: The Wisdom of Ignorance
Q: What is the key distinction you make about ignorance, and why is it valuable for leaders?

Q: For folks who don't know your work, what is the core concept of The New Choice Effect?
