  • A great find for sales pros

The Sales Pro is ridiculously good. You know how some sales podcasts feel like being trapped in an elevator with a guy who just discovered motivational quotes? This is the opposite. This guy sells for a living so he’s not just talking theory. It’s the kind of podcast you end up recommending to your team before you even finish the episode.

Mindset and Tactics for Salespeople Facing Turbulent Markets
Q: Okay, so give us the secret sauce. How do we prepare for this change?
Adapt your perspective by deciding that change leads to opportunity; build a vision, stay rooted in your core values, and play the long game to thrive in uncertainty.
How to Break the Cycle of Poor Sales Leadership
Q: Why do so many people still struggle with knowing what the strategy is and how does that impact sales?
Tim explains that strategy often fails when it's treated as a planning exercise rather than a decision-making discipline; leaders must establish clarity, tie actions to a defined path, and cultivate an environment where decisions are made with a shared understanding of success.
Why Sales Managers Are Overwhelmed and How to Fix It
Q: What is the one key takeaway from your focus on sales leadership?
Enforcement of coaching and a shift from simply training to actively reinforcing coaching behaviors is the critical missing piece, ensuring managers regularly observe, question, and develop their reps rather than rescuing them.
Proven CRM Strategies for Turning Contacts into Clients
Q: What practical steps can solopreneurs take to get their CRM on track?
Clarify what success looks like, map the journey of your most successful customers, and implement a backward design from close to lead. Build in nurture paths for non-fit leads and referrals from past clients to sustain a healthy pipeline.
Proven CRM Strategies for Turning Contacts into Clients
Q: What should leaders do first to fix an underutilized CRM?
Start by defining the business process from lead in to post-sale, map all steps and touchpoints, and then design the CRM to support those steps. Leadership must also empower salespeople to refine the process rather than impose a rigid, one-size-fits-all system.
