  • A great find for sales pros

The Sales Pro is ridiculously good. You know how some sales podcasts feel like being trapped in an elevator with a guy who just discovered motivational quotes? This is the opposite. This guy sells for a living so he’s not just talking theory. It’s the kind of podcast you end up recommending to your team before you even finish the episode.

Why Every Salesperson Needs a Champion and How to Find Yours
Q: How do you prep the champion to bring you the goods?
Identify the business issues the CEO/CFO are focused on, gather internal context like earnings discussions or all-hands notes, and present solutions tied to those priorities; also respect the internal process and avoid bypassing influencers.
Why Every Salesperson Needs a Champion and How to Find Yours
Q: So can you describe that little bit to the audience?
A champion is an internal advocate who recognizes a problem and wants to bring a solution, often leading a team or representing a committee, and they help you gather and align the right internal stakeholders.
The Five Drivers and Three Barriers of High Performance
Q: What are the five drivers of high performance and how can a leader implement them with their team?
The five drivers are preparation, consistency, motivation (supported by autonomy, competency, and relatedness), and connection; leaders should coach teams to prepare thoroughly, establish accountability systems, foster intrinsic motivation, and strengthen team connections.
Best Practices for CRM Adoption & AI Innovation
Q: Walk the audience through, what would be a best practice for using CRM Salesforce in daily work?
Start the day with a full list of leads, define ICP, let the system surface lookalike accounts, enrich data, and automate meeting booking and next steps so reps can focus on live engagement rather than admin.
Daily Motivation Routines for Sales Professionals
Q: How important is consistency in daily routines for motivation?
Consistency is essential; getting up early, reading, exercising, and delivering daily motivational messages creates a cycle of momentum that keeps you moving forward and helps others as well.
