  • A great find for sales pros

The Sales Pro is ridiculously good. You know how some sales podcasts feel like being trapped in an elevator with a guy who just discovered motivational quotes? This is the opposite. This guy sells for a living so he’s not just talking theory. It’s the kind of podcast you end up recommending to your team before you even finish the episode.

Daily Motivation Routines for Sales Professionals
Q: How important is consistency in daily routines for motivation?
Consistency is essential; getting up early, reading, exercising, and delivering daily motivational messages creates a cycle of momentum that keeps you moving forward and helps others as well.
Daily Motivation Routines for Sales Professionals
Q: What role did mentors and education play in your rise, and how do you translate that into daily practice?
Mentors opened doors and showed the path; I built a routine of reading, attending seminars, and recording morning messages to inspire others, which in turn reinforces my own discipline and motivation.
Daily Motivation Routines for Sales Professionals
Q: What do you do to get motivated and stay motivated?
The key is to want it, find your purpose, and pair that with daily discipline and consistent action, while consuming motivating inputs like books and mentors and applying what you learn.
Mindset and Tactics for Salespeople Facing Turbulent Markets
Q: Okay, so give us the secret sauce. How do we prepare for this change?
Adapt your perspective by deciding that change leads to opportunity; build a vision, stay rooted in your core values, and play the long game to thrive in uncertainty.
How to Break the Cycle of Poor Sales Leadership
Q: Why do so many people still struggle with knowing what the strategy is and how does that impact sales?
Tim explains that strategy often fails when it's treated as a planning exercise rather than a decision-making discipline; leaders must establish clarity, tie actions to a defined path, and cultivate an environment where decisions are made with a shared understanding of success.
