  • Calming and interesting

I fall into the minority group of people who find mindfulness and meditation to actually increase anxiety. This podcast is completely different! The tips are approachable and interesting and Casey’s calming voice really does lull the listener into a warm place.

  • Love and hate

Such a beautiful podcast, love Casey’s voice. So calming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

And then there’s the screaming bogan ad at the front and end of each episode. It’s awful. ⭐️

Please can you narrate the ads in the same tone, pace and voice Casey, I know you need to have them but I can’t take the gruff bogan any longer.

I listen to this podcast in the shower or after a run and it’s honestly so amazing, it’s self care I can practice in between my busy life with two kids. I’ve found its helped with my anxiety, made me feel more relaxed and it’s just really enjoyable to listen to. It covers topics and I’m constantly thinking ‘omg, I thought I was the only one who feels that way’. So fun, so enjoyable, so helpful, so reassuring. It’s one of my favourite ever podcasts !

BUT recently an add started playing with loud ... more

  • Maybe this is for a young audience?

I didn’t really find anything interesting or helpful here unfortunately. Seemed a bit annoying and trite to me actually most times I listened before giving up but maybe I’m not the target audience and it’s great for others.
