I fall into the minority group of people who find mindfulness and meditation to actually increase anxiety. This podcast is completely different! The tips are approachable and interesting and Casey’s calming voice really does lull the listener into a warm place.
I have saved almost every episode! Yes, that’s how good these episodes are. These short nuggets of wisdom and humor are like whispers in your ear from a Sage - a secret that is meant to make your life better. Well done Casey Donovan and Team!!

And then there’s the screaming bogan ad at the front and end of each episode. It’s awful. ⭐️
Please can you narrate the ads in the same tone, pace and voice Casey, I know you need to have them but I can’t take the gruff bogan any longer.
I listen to this podcast in the shower or after a run and it’s honestly so amazing, it’s self care I can practice in between my busy life with two kids. I’ve found its helped with my anxiety, made me feel more relaxed and it’s just really enjoyable to listen to. It covers topics and I’m constantly thinking ‘omg, I thought I was the only one who feels that way’. So fun, so enjoyable, so helpful, so reassuring. It’s one of my favourite ever podcasts !
