I have listened to every episode over the last couple years and it has really motivated me! I started out just making bread for the family for health reasons and now I have a small cottage bakery. Anytime I get burn out or I’m unmotivated, I just listen to an episode and it gets me fired up again! My bread would not be where it is now without this podcast!
Such an enjoyable listen each time. I like how each baker has the space to bring their own philosophy to the fore, while being full of interesting knowledge for the advancing baker. Good assumption of the basics helps this show always be relevant from different angles. Thank you!
How much I love this podcast ! I just discovered it and I am listening one episode after the other. Guests are awesome, Mike is always accurate on his questions, both are always humble and ready to share their passion with sourdough. Oh and did I mention that the music is a dream ? I wish you have hundreds of seasons! Thank you
