I really like what David is doing, and I wish him the best of luck.

I really enjoyed listening to Beesham but the host seemed dismissive and annoyed with him. Strange because I found him interesting.
I have listened to every episode over the last couple years and it has really motivated me! I started out just making bread for the family for health reasons and now I have a small cottage bakery. Anytime I get burn out or I’m unmotivated, I just listen to an episode and it gets me fired up again! My bread would not be where it is now without this podcast!
Such an enjoyable listen each time. I like how each baker has the space to bring their own philosophy to the fore, while being full of interesting knowledge for the advancing baker. Good assumption of the basics helps this show always be relevant from different angles. Thank you!
