I used to love the show and have subscribed to the Patreon at times, but it is on the expensive side, despite the extra content. Would love to have the option of no-frills option which is just an ad free version of the standard weekly show.
Fair play they have to put ads in the non Patreon shows, but there are so many it really disrupts the flow of the episode, and breaking down a standard episode into 3 shows a week is a tough listen.
Considering how damaging gambling addiction can be, it really doesn’t sit well that the show is now advertising various gambling platforms; I appreciate you need to make money but there must be an alternative.
Not Welsh and do not like sport but I love this podcast!!
I listen to this show while driving to work and back in Toronto each day along the 401 and honestly a couple of times I was laughing so hard I nearly crashed my car!!
Big big fan!

This show blends fast-paced clips-driven banter with longer, reflective deep-dives on sport culture. In Part 1, three hosts riff on sports moments, internet oddities, and pop culture, delivering sharp opinions with warmth and an easygoing chemistry. Part 2 leans into storytelling with documentary-style segments and book recommendations, offering human-interest angles on athletes, teams, and fan communities. Unique to this program is a strong merch and fan-community angle that ties episodes together through recurring jokes and live-audience energy, making it appealing to listeners who enjoy humorous takes on sports, culture, and everyday life—even for those who aren't sports fans.
