A podcast changing the way addiction is viewed and recovery is talked about, because addiction doesn’t always look like addiction.
By 27, I was a round-the-clock drinker, trying to fit in and navigate life with undiagnosed AuDHD, while feeling misunderstood and disconnected even in a room full of people.

A powerful reminder you're not alone. I found Aish on TikTok, then started listening to her podcast here. I'm so glad I did. Hearing others on the same journey is so helpful. Tamsin's episode made me realize my experiences (blackouts, self-questioning) aren't unique. If you're struggling with addiction, have a listen. Sometimes dark, often humorous, but always honest. A beautiful community is forming around this pod too. The connection I wish I'd had when I was first in recovery.
